we arrive home after more than 3 weeks on the road. (S), (DW) and I will all be happy. We have had a great time, but are ready to get back to normal. Of course we will have a visit from the SW on Tuesday and a week from Monday starts the TPR hearing so really, what is normal?
One last post about the trip this weekend, then back on topic.

- My lovely wife (DW) and I have 3 children of our own. They are all grown and out of the house. A Girl 34(Amy) A boy 31(Barry) and a girl(formerly our youngest daughter) 30 (Kari) We had one foster daughter (Shyanne) who was with us for almost 3 years when we adopted her. She is now our youngest daughter. She was our first foster child and it was not our intention to adopt, but the lord moves in strange ways sometimes.The reunification process had begun, and she was expecting to be going home. Unfortunately, mom and dad messed up yet again and the court ordered a Termination of Parental Rights. This blog is about our experiences in the foster care system, and with adoption. We are no longer licensed Foster Parents but do our best to support and promote the Foster Care system. It is what has brought us the most wonderful little girl, and changed our lives forever. We love her and care for her deeply.
